nor relief in idle time
only noise, shadows,
and whispers hidden
Giving frantically
with wild aim
I face it all
wearing tears
and a dress of hornets

Don't try
to fill

with activity:
your body
is telling you
to relax
take a break
just breathe
savor the moment
before the chaos
of life begins again
