After losing his sight, Namibian computer scientist Simalumba Nawa turned adversity into purpose. He founded The Blindspot Communication and Consultants to show that disability inclusion is a competitive advantage.

As a teen, Harunah Damba lost his hearing and faced physical challenges. Today, he is a biomedical scientist and a strong voice for disability inclusion across Africa.
