Inocybe "citrifolia", an undescribed Inocybe from California, Oregon and Idaho. This species is easy to identify due to its orange color scheme.

Collected in Santa Cruz County in April, 2022, sequenced by @mycota.lab.

Very fibrous stems, with faint pink staining due to handling

A shot of the gills, and pink staining on the stem and base of the stem

Something close to if not #Inocybe fraudans. This one smells of rotting pears with a hint of cinnamon, and stains pink. I kept a few of these dried for later study.
