Using 485 nuclear orthologous loci and complete chloroplast genomes from 108 globally distributed samples (57 species), this diagram illustrates phylogenetic relationships within Lonicera. Coalescent-based analyses revealed that incomplete lineage sorting is the dominant source of discordance, whereas introgression is widespread but weak and contributes little to topological conflict.
