A macro photograph of a tiny leafhopper (family Cicadellidae) perched in profile on a rough gray surface. Its compact body is dark brown with pearly white spots, and it sports a striking blue-green tail. Its large, rounded eyes are a bright, intense red. The slender legs rest firmly on the surface. The background is blurred in warm orange and gray tones, and in the lower corner, there are small fragments of yellow lichen. A tiny creature, invisible to the naked eye, revealed in all its detail.
