Yes, I am a grown-ass adult who ate this for #dinner. No regrets, as this is #Keto & 20 g of #protein. One EggLife wrap (new to me!) a dollop of my love's hard boiled egg pudding (which is phenomenal on its own), d-ribose sweetened heavy cream & 4 berries.
