Roasted Butternut Squash 🧾 Ingredients 1 medium butternut squash (peeled, cubed) 1–2 tbsp olive oil (15–30 g) Salt & pepper 1/2 tsp paprika (optional) Optional flavor boosts: 1–2 tbsp honey (echoes your chicken glaze) 1/2 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg (warm vibe) Pinch of chili flakes (sweet + heat combo) Cut into even 1-inch cubes so they cook evenly Don’t overcrowd the pan → helps them caramelize instead of steam Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C Toss squash with oil, salt, pepper, and spices Spread on a baking sheet (single layer) Roast 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway Done when edges are golden and slightly crispy
