Quite a large watercolour drawing from a sketching visit to Ashdon. I have a lot of paintings from there, many of which need a little adjusting. Such a pleasure to have had the opportunity to paint there. The owner has one of my paintings but has now sold the property.

Unfortunately travelling to venues like this is now a thing of the past as I gave up my car last year. However most of my work will now be botanical and garden paintings focusing on my own garden with lots of planting going on right now!

I finally learnt how to create beautiful custom frets (guitar chord images) with #lilypond.
