Annual mammogram in a few days. Starting to feel the anxiety ramp up. Was initially diagnosed after my very first mammogram. No signs, symptoms or other oddities.

Really wish those “know your lemons” memes showed a perfectly shaped, unflawed lemon as what cancer can look like, too. #cansky #lobmob

Early versus deferred use of CDK4/6 inhibitors in advanced breast cancer - Nature The phase 3 SONIA trial challenges the benefits of using cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 inhibitors as a first-line compared with second-line treatment.

Re: SONIA results (CDK 4/6i 1st or 2nd line). Post-hoc analysis of lobular v. ductal stuck out for almost favoring 1st line in lobular. Small numbers, tight line in the forest plot --> even more intriguing. Follow up needed and/or consider this in decision making? Thoughts? #lobmob #oncsky #bcsm
