After yesterday’s long walk @ #LochLeven, with a beautifully crisp weather today, restorative yoga feels like such a treat. 20 km is no joke, even if it’s mostly flat+the views are absolutely stunning. Juvenile Marsh Harrier hunting over St. Serfs island
Late morning we had a quick look at Loch Leven. We failed to see the Great Egret, but a fine Juv Marsh Harrier hunting over St. Serfs, 3 Black Terns , 3 Little-ringed Plovers & two Ruddy Shelduck were all enjoyed (at distance).

Lochleven Castle A high-angle, long shot shows a ruined castle on a heavily-wooded island in the middle of a lake. The castle, situated in the middle of the island, consists of a square tower and a ruined wall. It is surrounded by a grassy field, and a small wooden dock leads out into the water from the shore. The island itself is covered in trees that are turning yellow and brown for autumn. A small strip of land extends out from the island into the lake at the left edge of the shot. The lake has some ripples, and the shoreline of the opposite shore is visible. Behind the shore are brown and green hills and some scattered houses and buildings. The sky is overcast with some white clouds and some dark clouds.
