Next up is Stanley Pierce, a marauding English fullback, known for his silky first touch and a propensity to cut in from the left whenever he gets forward. Stan started his career at Macclesfield Town, making well over 200 league appearances, before later joining Sheffield United.

#LowTarMatthaus - Next up is Portuguese winger Filipe Luque... or Luque No.7 as he's known to his teammates. Described as a bit of a 'hit-and-hope' merchant by opposition defences and managers, his cross-come-shot speculative efforts have made him top scorer for his club for the last 5 seasons.

#LowTarMatthaus - First name on the team sheet is Darko Pakov, my preference is for each player to have a little back story tbh. I reckon our man here is a tough tackling Macedonian Enforcer who has no time for modern training methods or conditioning.

An open packet of a fictitious brand of cigarettes called Low Tar Matthaus (a play on words of ex German Midfielder Lothar Matthäus). The packet is accompanied by two Surgeon General Warnings. The first says "Warning: This project contains references to smoking and football kits, both of which can cause addiction" the second says "Caution: Both football and smoking can increase risks to your physical, mental and financial well-being". This is a cover image to the project that will be used to anchor all subsequent posts.

NEW PROJECT - #LowTarMatthaus - I've finally decided to double down on this personal project and give it the attention it deserves. Suggestions, collaborators and those that deal in the currency of 'exposure' are all welcome.
