Thé rincé à l'eau bouillante durant 5 secondes pour "ouvrir les feuilles"

Le thé. Deuxième infusion. Robe très claire et légère. Tout en finesse, parfums herbacés et légèrement floraux. Très délicat.

Passer ma matinée sur un thé chinois haut de gamme comme je n'en avais jamais vu.
Après recherche et analyse, il s'agit d'un thé Oolong "Tie Guan Yin"
Les feuilles se présentent en petites boulettes sombres et se déploient au premier rinçage.
J'ai fait 4 infusions.
Top : 2-3.
