I just came from the most uplifting & productive conversation with a group of medievalists of Color, LGBTQ+ medievalists, and medievalists from other underserved demographics at the MAA's Inclusivity & Diversity Lunch, which was fortunately not delayed by the expanded plenary session! #MAA2025
