Starting this program - Mark Wildman Kettlebell Swing Program to add to my health.

1 weight 16 kg (35lb) even though I have gym access I know I how good it is for improving my body.

For those who care, the swing is a core and deadlift analogue.

Into week 4, of cycle one and up to 10 sets 5 reps of Goblet Squats and halos. #MarkWildman, #TOI has certainly helped to improve my shoulder line and mobility.

Program: Training for Overweight Individuals 2 - Wildman Athletica If you are struggling to get off the couch this training program will help you start building strength and mobility to get you back to an adventurous lifestyle.

Week 1, Day 1 started 3 x 5 with a 16kg Kettlebell. Now, Week 2, Day 4 done today and I'm onto 7 x 5.

This is starting really basic and easy, but it is definitely building and a good workout as you get further along the program.

It's not specifically a weight loss program but I think my physique is improving slightly.
