A male and female masked lapwing, standing in what was then a car park by the water. It ls the afternoon and the birds are making shadows on the concrete. The male is facing the camera, in the lower right of the frame. The female has her back to the male and is standing a short distance away from him. A low concrete wall/barrier is between the birds and the water, with a mooring post breaking partially seen.

#Mr&Mrs masked lapwing. I didn't see them together in any other formation during the short while I worked in this building.
