Found this rad native liatris, smallhead blazing star, while hiking in Kentucky. Apparently, they only grow on acidic rocks in the Cumberland plateau. Badass💜

I feel so special that my hubs will go an hour or two off our route home so we can hike in Daniel Boone National Forest. When I lived here, this was one of my favorite hikes🥰 Natural Arch in Parker's Lake, Kentucky, is geology heaven.
