Projects developed after the design-thinking workshop were more learner-centered & aligned more closely with Kern’s Six Steps than those of prior cohorts. Small intervention → better curricular thinking &elevated quality of learner-driven curricula.

This is exactly how I've felt for the past two years as a novice researcher.

It's been especially hard shifting from being a fairly confident clinician to a totally incompetent research student.
