#melissaclark garlicky chicken with lemon anchovy sauce. I deviated from the recipe and added white wine, parsley and pecorino because I had it left over. Great use up and easy meal to serve on a #Monday! Paired with an open bottle of Pinot Gris from #Sinskey in Napa. #rossservingcourt

Nishide Moromi Junmai with Bullinada (Catalan Cod Stew with Aioli). Fish stew with saffron, mayo, and lemon juice is a delicious combination with the acidic, sweet, and low alcohol sake.
