It's a drawing of many different myriapods in the most scientifically accurate way I was able to draw them. There are: chinese red head centipede, house centipede, giant millipede, symphyla, pauropoda, bristle millipede, soil centipede, pill millipede, flat-backed millipede, bumblebee millipede, feather millipede, stone centipede, spotted snake millipede. In the top right corner there's a text that reads "MYRIAPOD WORLD! (not to scale)" because all myriapods here are scaled wrong, they're all almost one size. The background is yellowish beige with stars on it

Day 65: The Giant Centipede. Australia's largest centipede species, with a maximum length anywhere up to 20cm.
With their big venomous biting pincers, these things can be genuinely intimidating to stumble across and are best left alone.

True bugs are insects from the #Hemiptera order (stink bugs, bed bugs).
Other #insects (ants, beetles, flies) aren't true bugs.
#Arachnids (spiders, scorpions), #myriapods (centipedes, millipedes), #gastropods (slugs, snails), and #worms aren’t bugs at all!

Day 23: The Australian House Centipede. These bugs get their name from their habit of living indoors, which is where I found this one (before I was asked to take it outside).
