Ministry Clarifies No Involvement in RCC’s Proposed N$500 Million Loan for Stadiums The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture in Namibia has clarified that it is not aware of the Roads Contractor Company (RCC) requesting a N$500 million loan from the Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) to construct sports stadiums nationwide.
