When we teach #Leadership for #NOTSS (for surgeons) there are 3 elements:
🔥 Setting & maintaining standards
🤝 Supporting others
💪 Coping with pressure

In #NOTSS training, we emphasize that if you need to stop talking to focus on the task, it’s wise to delegate case #leadership to someone else. It may also be the right moment to call for expert assistance.
