At Tapioka Shokudō. 'Suji Negiyaki' is placed on a Teppan (iron griddle). 'Negiyaki' is a dish similar to "Okonomiyaki" found in the Kansai region of Japan. Unlike typical Okonomiyaki, it is made from wheat flour mixed with water and cooked with a generous amount of chopped spring onions instead of cabbage. Suji Negiyaki is a variation of Negiyaki that additionally includes 'Gyū Suji' (beef sinew).
