Stupid spine. Been lying down all day because sitting up hurts. Makes me want to bite. Knees kvetching too.
Stupid storm put everything beyond the threshold the #cortisone and #nerveblocks can handle. This is why i wanted the burnout. But dickheads want to maximize billing to ODSP

8 day Flare from Hell is over, the cortizone has done its job on my knees. I can feel the pain, but it doesnt feel like pain. Can still feel the knee my shit brother destroyed well enough to be careful if it decides to collapse, which it did, twice, during the flare.

Positives. Back. The #nerveblocks are working well on the #spinaldamage. It hasnt extended how long i can bear to stand or sit up, but much more of that seven minutes is painfree. It doesnt ramp up as much, but when i get to the end, the scale of #pain is not lessened.
