Ping statistics to a new server using IPv6

A bit late for #NoNATNovember, but I'm finally setting up a server with IPv6 support

Proton #VPN's Windows client quietly added support for #IPv6! I'm pretty thrilled. You do still need to enable it in the options, though. I just noticed it in time for #NoNatNovember, though I guess it's been out a few months
