JORGE DELLA SALA Nació en Buenos Aires, en el año 1953. En 1974/5 asiste a la Fundación Nueva Acrópolis cursando entre otras materias Dibujo y Pintura, Historia del arte, Filosofía, Visión y Ética.En 1976 estudia con los pintores Alberto Delmonte y Jorge Rivara en el Taller Río de La Plata hasta el año 1979. Posteriormente, ingresa al Taller Sur, bajo la dirección del maestro Alberto Delmonte, ligado al arte americanista y al constructivismo del Taller Torres García. En 1978, concurre al curso “Comunicación por la Imagen”, dictada por el Prof.Héctor J.Cartier. En 1979, asiste al Instituto Cultural Argentino Mexicano, donde cursa “Civilización Maya”, con el Prof.Fernández Arroyo.Concurre, en 1984/86 a las clases de Historia del Arte, en el Instituto de Cultura Española, con el Prof. Francisco Azamor. Desde 1980 al 86, concurre a las clases de Historia del Arte Americano y a los cursos “Visión-Sistemas de Composición”, dictados por el Maestro Delmonte. En 1987, cursa “Culturas Precolombinas de la América del Sud”, con el Lic.Guillermo Magrasi (CHEASS).Desde 1989 hasta 1993, integra el grupo “SurcoDesde 1981/87, se desempeñó como ayudante en la enseñanza de Dibujo y Pintura del Taller Sur. En el 2002, se desempeña como docente de dibujo y pintura, en la escuela Municipal de Artes Plásticas de Gral.Madariaga, (Pcia.de Bs.As.) Desde 2003 a la fecha, dicta clases en el Taller Sur, del maestro A.Delmonte, y en el Taller Hornero.
