So what now?

Well, I only started using the full version of #VisibleHealth in 2025, but it is clear that I generally needed around 25 daily #PacePoints in 2024, and only around 20 PP in more recent times (after the dental issues).

So I'm going to trial a 'Lower Limit' of 22 daily Pacepoints...

How do you stay a working photographer with #MECFS? Heavy camera in one hand, walking stick in other and overloaded bag of gear and water on your back. Last night was exhausting. Today OK. Tomorrow I will crash, just before the next job. Visible said it cost me 20 #PacePoints. Need money though. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Lots of rest and very careful pacing allowed me to cook us a healthy meal, rather than grab something quick and convenient.
