#BreakingNews: A “critical incident” is unfolding at the #PalaceHotel on #MarketStreet in #SanFrancisco, where at least one person was shot to death.

The Palace Hotel, Tallinn was built in 1937 and was the first purpose built hotel in the city. With its Art Deco facade it is now part of the Raddison group and was the first to be added to chain in the Baltic area. JFK, the Rolling Stones & James Arthur have all stayed here 🏨

なかなかのお値段でしたが、カットが大きく、大粒のいちごがどっさり入ってるのでお買い得かもしれませんよ。

東京會舘とパレスホテルのシグニチャー。

パレスホテルが創業した1961年、東京會舘の田中徳三郎氏がパレスホテルの総料理長となり、レシピが受け継がれてできたそうです。

クリームの中は粗めに裏ごしされた栗のみ。
シンプルで豪華。

昨日、パレスホテル東京で買ってきたシグニチャーのコーンブレッド。
ホロホロした食感でパウンドケーキとは全然違いました。
甘いかな?くらいなので食事用に使えますね。

鮑やらローストビーフやら大変豪華でした。

パレスホテルといえば…のビーフカレーは追加したそうです。
欧風の王道カレー、美味しかったです。

もう一つの名物、マロンシャンティイもプチサイズでありました。贅沢したなあ。
