バターが硬すぎて折り込みにしくじったのに何となく出来てしまったクロワッサンとパンオショコラ。なぜかちゃんと層もできている（なぜだ）。ただし口当たりはやや重たい。やはり学校のレシピより上手くいく（なぜだ）。
