What a bummer -- apparently, when I bought vols from rare book dealers, I didn't check the vols closely enough when they arrived (this is over the past 35 yrs).
My 1828 *Friendship's Offering* is beautifully bound but missing ALL of the engravings. It's an extremely rare vol too 😥
