Not all piston singles are the same.
C172 (Orange) with 3 pax and bags can barely make it out of Colorado!
C182T is right in the middle.
C206(Blue) with 5 pax and their bags will almost do Las Vegas. With 4 pax it can go beyond!

KLM "Royal Dutch" Airlines had a super network ex-Karachi from 1929 right up the early 80s.
In the 70s, KHI was served with multiple dailies with flights going onwards to Colombo, Jakarta, Bangkok, Saigon etc!
Now they dont even operate to KHI!
