Pan Orson, aka Poison Oak
Thanks to his fascination towards botany and biology, he became a helpful biochemist in Arkham Asylum, working under both Dr. Hugo Strange and Dr. Jonathan Crane. He even helped Crane in finding a rare flower that can make people see their fears.
Ever since Crane went on to become the Scarecrow, things got worse for Orson along with his view on humanity. When one of the coworkers at Asylum burn his plants in his office, Orson attacked him which got him fired.
Despite this, Orson wasn't giving up on his passion as his anger towards humanity harming plants has inspired him to work on an experiment where he wishes to control plant life and fight back those who treat plants like they are nothing. He tried buying up every rare plant he could find either in any local flower shop or the blackest market. Rare and deadly plants make up half of his home as their toxins started affecting not only his mind but also his genetic makeup, making him more plant than human.
Soon, he transformed into a powerful being who is able to control plants and use them to start his ecoterrorism towards humanity. He took the name Poison Oak because he believed he was reborn into something more, a deadly and growing oak of potential...
"I can be your rose... or your wolfsbane..."
My take on Poison Ivy, who is male this time and is named Poison Oak instead.
