Any #potsies out there care to talk about dizziness? I'm used to dizziness when I move, but I'm having my second bout in a couple months of severe dizziness just lying down (it gets much worse when I move, so that's fun). This doesn't seem like #POTS? No other new symptoms, though.

#POTSies! Since getting LC in 2022, I've had tons of chronic dizziness from my POTS, wearing contacts has become way easier than wearing glasses. My eye doctor just fixed this by telling me about digital lenses! Now I can finally walk again in my glasses without triggering dizziness all day!!

I just tried Buoy hydration drops for the first time and put it in my coffee. Wowee wow wow I feel like i just had coffee dripped directly into my veins! I should have eaten some protein first aaahhhhh #POTSies

Having POTS has been an absolute pain in my butt and I don’t think it meshes well with being a teacher at all. I have no idea how the other potsies do it, but I am going to look into a remote job. I feel so horrible so often, and it feels impossible to do basic tasks.
