neo agent 3 C4L4M4R and p much all of my design headcanons for him, he's doing a pose copied from shady coroika- wielding an unscoped e-liter his thoughts are "wished this thing had a scope... ...but it will do, at least for now." time to explain my design choices: hair that looks like cat ears - calamar calls himself a psychic, judd is a psychic and a cat also ngl cal just has that cat vibe, his flap cap obscures these ears - calamar isn't a good listener, it takes him a while to discern that even if he has the attention he craves for, that attention is mostly ppl calling him a mistake after he did a dumb stunt bandages - cal is an attention seeker* that does stupid shit, years ago, a lot of these stunts landed him in a hospital so frequently it became another home for him after the promokids group formed, cal stopped doing these stunts because he got a group that recognizes and supports him without doing insane and insanely stupid shit fuckass left eye that looks like a charger cursor - you know the focus bar that vergil DMC1 has? cal has that on his left eye, p much 0% full is tuned out while 100% full (which is shown here) is locked in calamar is exceptional at reading other people's minds, and in exchange everyone knows what's exactly on cal's mind (he sucks at poker) suction cup that looks like an eye - about that "self-proclaimed psychic" thing? cal is not a psychic even if most ppl believe he is, p much the suction cup is closed when cal isn't predicting his enemies while it's open when he is- think of it as a third (and fourth) eye
