Today’s #lunch: the #starter from #NelsonMüller|s #goosemenu (via #getvoila) -> #pumpkinsoup with #pumpkinseed, #baconbrunoise and dried flowers and #sylterbread from #Gaues and #butter from #ButterBoyz 😋.

The invasive alien Pumpkinseed (Lepomis gibbosus) is also abundant in Lac de Sainte-Croix. Pretty though it is, it should only be in eastern USA.
But also good numbers of the native Perch, including fry, in the lake. Tho' it seemed sadly silty. #pumpkinseed #Bauduen #Provence 2/6
