A patchwork quilt made with Japanese fabric. Six nine-patch blocks, one each in shades of red, turquoise, cream, sage green and dark blue, plus heavily printed black. They are framed in red fabric, heavily printed in gold. They are backing the edges of which are visible, is black with red and gold carp on it.

Ill start.
I've mostly been doing big stitch on a 18x28in floor hoop. I use sewline styla or sewline mechanical pencil, aurifil 8wt thread. And thimbles(middle finger and thumb) from thimblesforyou!

Uuuuund, auch der 4. Hase ist genäht, muss nur noch zusammengesetzt werden.
Dann die Hasen schön ordnen, eine Randprobe machen, den Rand nähen und dann ist Ostern auch schon wieder vorbei.

The exact same image, with a corner of the quilt folded to reveal the backing fabric,which is a medium-scale floral with colors very similar to those used in the quilt top. Green and yellow predominate, with some reddish flowers scattered through.
I finally finished this throw-sized #quilt. The pattern is called "Cozy Cabin" by Morgan McCollough. I found the perfect backing fabric in my stash (a floral I bought at the craft upcycle store). This quilt is machine pieced and quilted with a walking foot on a domestic machine.

#Quilt made for a 2 year old cousin. Parents asked for a “nautical theme” , so here’s my version..
An art piece featuring three quilted blocks. Each one depicts a chest with a different type of top surgery procedure. At the top of each block is a small embroidered star. The bottom panel has gold tassels on the ends.

Reverse side of the log cabin quilt in the previous comment. You can see the rose pattern quilted in the fabric with light blue thread that matches so you just see lines. Scattered across the light blue fabric are tiny, pink, flamingos, and groupings of kitties. There is a seal point Siamese kitty holding his little pink flamingo toy in his front paws. There is the seal point Siamese, surrounded by black cats and another where they are snuggling.
Sure - here’s the back of the #quilt — I used a pantograph for a continuous wild rose pattern. The fabric is custom designed “Valentino and Friends” and printed via Spoonflower. I usually avoid buying new fabric, the whole quilt top was done with vintage, thrift and estate sale fabrics.

English paper-pieced hexagons of red and orange fabric flowers with yellow-patterned centers attached to each other with white-on-white on fabric. A few of the flowers are not yet attached. The fabric is wrinkled because. A laptop keyboard and black ball of fluff is in the background. The fluff is my cat, she wasn’t interested in modeling today.
A cheerful way to spend this chilly mud-season day. At this rate, this quilt will take probably 12 years to finish. Maybe by then this field of rainbow flowers will only be a rainbow, and not need to be a sign to others

I can’t describe how HAPpY this quilt is making me feel. I’ve finally got the border right, it just needed a little tweaking. I took a leaf out of Gwen Marston’s book and didn’t worry about it fitting perfectly, I just chopped the last block in half.
