I don't have a high spice tolerance, but #Buldak is fine for me. Carbonara & Rosé are grand, though I add extra cheese. I do use the entire sauce packet AND I have glass of milk to hand just in case. 😆

A large open necked bowl, pieces of roast pork, sliced, sit on top of mixed leafy greens, in a miso/pork broth with noodles,two boiled eggs, and a garnish of chopped green onions. In a smaller bowl, three large prawns in tempura batter and a slice of crisped pork rind. A tiny bowl in front holds the key. Home made gochujang.

I feel I should clarify this photo by saying I never eat this much in one sitting.

It does make great soup for the next day, though.

a delightful broth, rich and spicy without any heat. a bit on the saltier side, but adding in tofu or some other protein should mitigate that.
