Afternoon horror movie time with #ReadyOrNot2. I loved the first movie and this one has three of my favorite Scream Queens Samara Weaving, Kathryn Newton, and Sarah Michelle Gellar together. Should be a fun one

After debuting at No. 4 on the domestic chart, #ReadyOrNot2 is failing to climb any higher, falling behind Project Hail Mary ($53.1 million), Pixar's Hoppers ($11.3 million), and even the underperforming They Will Kill You ($5 to $5.5 million).

#ReadyOrNot2 is so frustratingly lame that it makes the 2019 decent original retroactively bad. Pulls dozens of punches, including possibly the most anticlimactic stylized fight scene I've ever seen. Samara Weaving deserves better.

#ReadyOrNot2 will make you forget how much you love Shawn Hatosy as Dr. Abbot on #ThePitt, and the only thing better than seeing Sarah Michelle Gellar on the big screen is seeing her on the big screen pinning someone to the ground like Buffy, and then stabbing them with a sharp object...like Buffy.

#ReadyOrNot2 doesn't have the same level of charm and twisted ingenuity as the first film, but much of it is still a bloody good time, in the literal and figurative sense.

Not all of the attempts at humor are successful, but fortunately, they hit the target more often than they miss.

Got back from #TheyWillKillYou. I get the feeling it may do a little better than #ReadyOrNot2 mainly because the residents of Hotel Satan regenerate despite what the heroine does (note how Heather Graham endures). Also the "demon" the baddies worship. It's delightfully messy
