Red tailed black cockatoos soaring through blue skies. Beautiful to watch but their screech somewhat ruins the peace.

This one's a tale of woe. I took the original image in raw - but I lost the original. Stupid stupid stupid. This version is quite small but I'm lucky to have it. #bird #photography #redtailedblackcockatoo #cockatoo #australianbird

A red-tailed black cockatoo taking flight. It's seen from close underneath, wings and tail feathers outspread, the sun shining through the orange and black-barred tail. The picture is framed by surrounding tree branches.
