The image shows a relief sculpture depicting Czechoslovak soldiers flanking the national coat of arms of Czechoslovakia, located on a building on Kollárovo Square in Bratislava, Slovakia. Their uniforms are a rust color and their helmets and the coat of arms are gold. The faces and hands of the soldiers are a whitish grey. There are two soldiers on one side of the coat of arms, and two on the other side facing each other. They seem to have surprised or outrage in their expressions, and the hands (clinched, showing the backside of the palm) look like they are "clutching their pearls" while they bicker about who did what or who is at fault (just my silly interpretation!).

Whenever I see this I think that the soldiers are "clutching their pearls" while they bicker about who did what or who is at fault (just my silly interpretation!).
