I am confused. 🤯 Linked below are some balanced nuanced recommendations on “bad” fats. But they contradict the black and white absolutes of our Nutrition Facts Label #FDAhealthy. And it doesn’t reflect how #SatFat is actually regulated in institution foodservice or the school lunch program #DGA2025
Eat more #vegetables. Some actually do taste really good raw & unseasoned. Not all however.
Take the artichoke. Steamed & served tepid with a plain whole milk yogurt mayonnaise dressing, they’re delicious. But they’re not nutrient dense.
