Under UNDROP (Art. 19), farmers have the right to save, use, exchange & sell farm-saved seed.
Deleting Article 30 contradicts this commitment.
We need legislation that empowers, not penalizes, small-scale seed systems. -> Especially since we have to deal with the climate crisis!
