Good for you!! Something happened to me when I turned 60 last Feb. I lost 55 pounds and have kept it off for some months. It was hard at first, but now I do some form of movement (5 mile walks & weight lifting) 6 days a week and am eating very smartly! Never been happier! #sewsquad
