How do you devour
a horror poet? One bite
is never enough, yet
one bite is all you need.

Liberty The gnome turned the dials leftward then pushed forward on the throttle, with no reply from the engine. Pissed “Have you tried turning it off and back on again?” He asked the crowd that had rallied around this, their broken machine land, church, city, government entwined in a mechanical bird thru called a home.

“The elves would have you believe that in order to have it airborne we'd have to give it a blow job and pay them for the privilege or our own liberty, but I say nay! Not today!” Just then a nymph from the crowd raised her hand, “Let me try something” She sauntered up, a swagger a step, and then THWACK! She gave the engine at the back of the bird a strong kick. Roaring to life the gnome and the nymph instant besties as they learned that day that sometimes liberty Just needs a good kick in the ass.

The first of three gifts incoming for reaching 4,500 followers. I'm not sure it counts as a fantasy nonsense #poem as it wound up being more satirical and I couldn't title it well, but I hope it's fun. Enjoy 🤗

Discovering Snails

The first place where snails roamed
Wasn't on Earth the human home!
It was on Zarbon Ziliquin IX,
Furthest from the Star Divide,
A split of a spiral arm
Colliding with Andromeda, no harm.
