Munch the Tasmanian Devil, the Sand Witch (inspired by toadfish, bluebottles and cone shells), and the Lizard of Tas, the Mountain Dragon, himself!

Florin the Ferry Fairy, the Girl (who was called Dorothy today, by audience suggestion), and the two alternates for her dog (obviously based on my own whippets!)
