Mine is the opposite with axSpA and Psoriatic Arthritis. Did you know it takes an average of 30-60 minutes for a person with axSpA to get moving in the morning? We wake up stiff as a board and in a lot of pain. That is why movement is important. This cycle happens throughout the day and is timed around my meds. 24 hours in a day - 24 windows for your body to rebel in many different ways. Do you experience this too? A little primer on arthritis today: From left to right, we see diagrams of three knee joints. The knee on the left is a normal joint. 🦵 Normal Joint It features muscle, tendon, bone, synovial membrane, synovial fluid, joint capsule and cartilage. 🦵 The knee in the middle is a knee with Osteoarthritis. We see thinned cartilage and bone ends rub together. 🦵 The knee on the right is a knee with Rheumatoid Arthritis. This could also be an example of a knee with #AxSpA or #PsoriaticArthritis.
