#Squatober has come to a close. Proud of my effort, but disappointed that I had a setback on Saturday. Minor back sprain riding #singletrack. So this week was more recovery than gain. Should have smashed my 1RM, but I tied it. That’s OK, considering I feel ~80% @ScientistsLift
