This is a post I feel compelled to make based on an unpleasant experience I had on #Storypeer this week. Usually, I don't like to complain and I don't want to name anyone, so I just want this thread to be a place for some free advice... /1

Me when I look at other people's note requests on #Storypeer -

#Storypeer as I am constantly learning as a newbie there too -- is a mixed bag. someone once praised something out of a clear lack of understanding of my script. It was obvious they had not finished it. But when it came to the weaknesses, oh boy. I learned more from those. As for why... /1

My first #Storypeer feedback came in. I’d give the feedback and the actionable "Areas for Improvement" a 10/10. A truly professional reader. I got lucky!

Those of you in #scriptsky who haven't tried it yet, don't sleep on it!

Take what I’m saying with a grain of salt, since I just started this today. But, as reflected in my vote, I wholeheartedly embrace the open market system. Give users free will, while also letting them see the consequences of offering only one token for a hundred-page script.

Snagged a pilot on StoryPeer a few hours ago and digging in. Would be cool if it was someone on here (unless they hate what I say then it’s definitely not me and someone jacked my account). #scriptsky #storypeer

FIXED FEATURE: We have deployed a fix that was affecting the upload of annotated PDFs by readers. We hope this is a definitive fix.

Writers, if your readers mention in-line notes/annotated PDFs, but you don't see them, please reach out and we will investigate.

We recommend waiting a couple of weeks before turning on Reputation Matching.

This will allow other Peers to earn scores, which will make them eligible to claim your script.

Our hope is that next month Rep Matched scripts move just as fast.
