Might sound like nothing but this will save me about 40hrs of my life every year, in sitting and waiting for intravenous and then observation ๐ฐ๏ธ!

Yo, bluesky friends getting infusion therapies... has anybody successfully mobilized their infusions to permit travel? I feel like some fucked up Cinderella having to race home every 28th day. I want to start a business and genuinely, this adds so much. Any advice?

Itโs #Tysabri day and now the 3rd attempt at finding a vein to jab.
They look ok to me but, at the 4th attempt, itโs still not working and starting to hurt, a little. #MS

Between work and potential vacation travel, I feel constantly challenged to manage being where I need to be. Insurance, doctor's orders, facility requirements, TOUCH program; I'm locked down monthly

This decision, that costs people with MS their BODILY FUNCTIONS & puts many in hospital for additional care, is the opposite of being a clever, budget-friendly way to save money.

This is #Tysabri 210!! Itโs been a journey from country to country being treated, i thank the #NHS for letting me pick my treatment and timetable, itโs helped me own my #MS journey. ๐

I just finished my monthly infusion. My veins are awful and spots that usually work are rapidly becoming too scarred. How do I ask for an IV port? Do I approach my neuro who prescribes my MS meds? #multiplesclerosis #chronicallyill #โฟ๏ธ #tysabri

That would mean changing #DMT, and as someone ineligible for #Tysabri, this would mean moving to treatments with lower efficacy. Which, I know most #MSpatients understand is very scary. Iโve just rebuilt my life after a nightmare #MSrelapse in 2021 and Iโm getting #married in 2 weeks. This is 8/๐งก
