This is my poster for The Five Doctors. On the top part, there's the Fifth Doctor in centre, there's the Third Doctor and Fourth Doctor in his TARDIS on his right and on his left, there's the Second Doctor and First Doctor. Behind the Doctors, there are five strips containing five different title sequence shots from each Doctor era and there's Gallifrey behind the First Doctor. In the middle, there's the Tower of Rassilon on a floating boulder. On the bottom part, there's the Death Zone landscape, split up in five sections, with light shining through the cracks. On the landscape, there's characters scattered across the plain - from left to right, the Raston Warrior Robot, a Cybermen, Tegan, Borusa, Sarah Jane, Susan, the Master, a Dalek in the distance, the Brigadier and Turlough. The title of this story is situated in centre and my watermark is on the bottom left corner.

The benchmark for a multi-Doctor story is #TheFiveDoctors and #TheDayoftheDoctor, something I always doubted this would be able to meet. Not because an audio couldn’t possibly do it, but because I doubted it would be free. That’s the sort of story that would be marketed and sold.

A bearded man (me - hi!) stands on a grassy Welsh hill, with the Dwyryd estuary on the horizon. Poorly superimposed screencaps of Janet Fielding & Richard Hurndall on the hill behind me represent the scene from #DoctorWho that was filmed near this spot a little over 42 years ago, and pinned down (by me and a couple of other folk with too much time on our hands) on a certain other social media platform a little over 2 years ago. Good times.
Two years on from a conversation about #TheFiveDoctors filming locations over on #YouKnowWhere, I finally made it up to the hill above the road from Croesor to Tan y Bwlch station.
Didn’t spot the *actual rocks* they filmed by until we were heading off, so another visit is on the cards very soon.
