Titan Moon is a small dot just left and above the main body of Saturn. The shadow of Titan Moon appears on Saturn itself just at the upper edge of the planet. This was a tricky shot to get using an 8mm lens, a .9 moon filter, ProCamX slightly dimmed. Three freaking hours just to get one decent shot.

Ok, this was one heck of a crazy time trying to get both Titan, the shadow and Saturn to be clear enough for a view. I finally got this using .9 filter, 8mm lens, and slightly dimmed using ProCamX.

Telescopic view of a close conjunction of Mars (redder) and Saturn (yellower) in the constellation Capricornus on April 4th. Numerous fainter stars are visible in the background. Saturn's moon Titan is also visible very close to Saturn. The planets are separated by less than the apparent width of a Full Moon.
